Tools I Use

Services are available in Fontainebleau, Nemours, and Souppes Sur Loing.

I believe that every individual is different and therefore each client’s needs as catered to in a unique manner. Following an initial assessment, I collaborate with you to develop an individualized treatment plan which is tailored to meet your specific needs. These are some of the modalities that I use for my clients.
Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT)
CBT is typically a short-term (6-20 sessions), goal-oriented treatment which is designed to alleviate specific symptoms and problematic behaviors. CBT emphasizes the relationships among thoughts, behaviors, and emotions and teaches clients specific skills to improve their wellbeing by modifying thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors which are unhealthy, unproductive, or distressing.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT incorporates behavior therapy with mindfulness and dialectical philosophy (e.g., balance between acceptance and change). The core components of DBT include mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Hypnotherapy (certified)
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy utilized to create unconscious change in the patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors and/or feelings. It is undertaken with a subject in hypnosis.
